I have been going to The Club at El Rincon for about four months now & was enjoying it very much even though the opening hours are very late @ 8:00a.m. Recently though things have changed. The elliptical broke aver three weeks ago & has not been repaired, the pool hasn’t been cleaned in over two weeks & there was no water on Monday July 5 & it hasn’t been the first time. It is also often very hot in the gym because the airconditioning is not on. You might as well close the doors when things are being run so badly. If something is done to rectify this situation I would be interested in knowing about it. Thank you
Dear Frankie, thank you so much for your comment. You are right, for the same reasons we are changing the management of the Club. We are in final talks with the possible new operator, who will need to guarantee to us and to you, our customers, that The Club will be open from at least 6 AM, and that all services will be maintained as it is supposed to be.
